Victoria – The 2010 Great Victorian Bike Ride gets underway today. The route winds its way from the Murray River through the Goulburn Valley and into Marysville. The bike ride has a diverse combination of lakes, rivers, scenic roads and stunning mountain ranges.
The 590 kilometer cycling holiday features some of the well known and hidden secrets of the region including the Strathbogie Ranges, Goulburn Valley, Murray River, Lakes Nagambie and Eildon and top Victorian wineries, thoroughbred studs, orchard and dairy farms.
