Last night the Instituto Cultural Oaxaca hosted the Taste of Chocolate and Fair Trade event, part of the Responsible Tourism Fair. We had a range of chocolate produced by three different families. 100% of the sales went direct to the vendors.
This is the third Chocolate Night hosted by Instituto Cultural Oaxaca in partnership with Planeta.com. It’s one of the most delicious events of the year and a good model of how events can bring locals and visitors together.
